On Saturday, November 1st, the Prefectural Finals of the Speech Contest<\/strong> were held at the Annex Hall of the Nagoya International Center. Thirteen students who had won first or second place in their regional qualifying rounds gathered for the event. From Bihoku High School, Yura Nishibe (2nd year, International Culture Course)<\/strong> and Ebrar Sensoy (1st year, International Culture Course)<\/strong> proudly represented their school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the same day, other students from the International Culture Course\u2014one 2nd-year student, Saya Ota <\/strong>and Sae Legnau<\/strong> and two 1st-year students, Miki Onuki <\/strong>and Erissa Santos<\/strong>\u2014took on important roles as moderators and timekeepers <\/strong>for the contest. This marks the third consecutive year that students from Bihoku have been entrusted with these responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
