NEW 国際教養科NEWS No.89 2年生　国際教養科　高大連携事業 名古屋外国語大学訪問研修　

2年生も、そろそろ進路について本格的に考え始める時期を迎えました。本校で毎年恒例となっているこの大学訪問ですが、今年も実際にキャンパスへ足を運び、カリキュラムや授業内容に触れ、大学生の生の声を聴くことができる貴重な経験となりました。大学概要説明では、名古屋外国語大学が持つ独自の強みや特色をわかりやすく解説していただき、参加した生徒たちにとって今後の大きな指針となりました。

さらに、本校の卒業生から直接、留学生活やキャンパスライフについて体験談を聴く機会や、先輩の案内によるキャンパスツアーも実施されました。

夏休みを控えたキャンパス内は活気に満ちており、図書館やラウンジで自習に励む姿や、食堂で寛ぐ大学生の様子から、同大の魅力的な雰囲気を十分に感じ取ることができました。

また、普段から「All English」の授業で鍛えられている国際教養科の生徒たちは、大学の模擬授業にも臆することなく臨み、終始リラックスした様子で有意義な学びを展開していました。

生徒達は、これからの夏休みを利用して多くのオープンキャンパスに参加し、自身の夢を叶えられる最適な大学と出会って欲しいです。

[2nd Year International Course Students Visit Nagoya University of Foreign Studies]

For our second-year students, the time has come to start thinking seriously about their future career paths. As part of our annual tradition, students visited Nagoya University of Foreign Studies (NUFS) again this year. It was a highly valuable opportunity for them to experience the university curriculum firsthand, learn about the classes, and hear directly from current students.

During the university overview, many students found the presentation extremely helpful, as they discovered the unique features and strengths that set NUFS apart from other universities. We were also delighted to meet some of our Bihoku alumni. They shared their own study-abroad and campus experiences, and even guided our students through a campus tour.

Since it was just before the summer break, the campus was buzzing with energy. Our students got a true sense of the vibrant university atmosphere as they saw many college students studying hard in the library and lounges, or relaxing in the cafeteria.

As our students are well-accustomed to all-English classes, they handled the mock university lecture with ease, making it a highly enjoyable and meaningful day for everyone.

We hope our students will visit various university open campuses during the summer break to find the perfect match for their future.
