On January 28th (Tuesday), 2nd year International Course participated in a high school/university collaboration project and visited Nagoya University of Foreign Studies.
First, we received an explanation about the characteristics of the university. There was an introduction to various departments as well as detailed explanations of the types, methods, and costs of studying abroad. We were able to hear stories about studying abroad and university life from international students and current university students, which was a good chance to get a concrete image of what university is like. During the campus tour, there was time to receive an explanation of the university’s facilities.
In the afternoon, we enjoyed a mock class all in English. The students have increased their awareness of university through this opportunity.
