5th graders from Hotei Elementary School shared their project “Welcome to Japan—Seasons and Events in Japan/ Hotei” with Bihoku’s International Course students. These were English speeches that introduced Japanese culture and customs to people overseas. The Bihoku students, alongside our British teachers, and foreign exchange students, listened to their speeches and posted comments and questions in return.
I was very impressed with their good English pronunciation, and we all appreciated their unique angle when describing Japanese culture. It was a very interesting and instructive experience.
